  Positive: Beds were COMFORTABLE!!! I slept like a baby and didn't want to get up the next morning lol. Also I forgot the lady who checked me an and out of my room but she was SO NICE!! I wish I got her name but she was amazing! Negative: Room felt rushed in some aspects. I'm not one to complain or try to get anything free room or anything, I'm just being honest. The air filters were little dirty, no coffee maker, iron cord was dangling but just small things. Still a good stay!

  Positive: The pet-friendly room was nice (no carpet and no duvet so much easier to keep clean). Breakfast was also very good. Negative: The bathroom had not been cleaned. Toilet paper and plastic wrapping on the floor, hair in the sink. The building is old and worn out.

  Positive: Front desk and housekeeping were very friendly, courteous and helpful.Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was clean and comfortable. Negative: Walls too thin. Next door occupants kept us awake all night. No phone book or list of amenities and hours in the room. Heater was very loud every time it kicked in.

  Holy moly what a train wreck of an establishment! Right from walking in it looked dirty and smelled like smoke but I thought, it’s only 2 nights, it’ll be fine! Checked into my room to find graffiti on the bathroom wall, hair in the bathtub, and many more disturbing sights. The blood on the floor and trash can was the final straw. My skin still crawls at the thought of sleeping there. I demanded a full refund and left after less than 5 minutes in the room. Management said “I must not have inspected this one today.” Just yuck!

Instead they kept the full cost of the room, which we are unable to use & because the reservation was cancelled they can rent the room out to another party. Even the Expedia agent felt the circumstances warranted an exception to the policy & suggested calling back and trying to plead our case again but if Brinda can’t be bothered with empathy I can’t be bothered with a positive review.

  Positive: We had a pet friendly room. The flooring looked newer and the room was definitely a bit nicer than we were expected based on the hotel¿s exterior and hallways. The front desk staff was very friendly. Negative: The hotel overall is very humid and not very clean. Especially the hallways.   Positive: Quite and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Special rooms for pets! Allowed us to bring our furbaby on our visit without inconvenience. (No discrimination against certain breeds) Breakfast was fresh, fast, and free. Negative: Breakfast was limited but normal for a hotel. WiFi is NOT secure. (No password = no protection) My cell phone and laptop were hacked into and my phone # was stolen and ported to some phone in Texas. It¿s a scam that can lead to stolen identity!

Dies ist ein sehr schlecht gepflegtes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und schmuddelig. Das einzige, was es zu bieten hat, ist ein Pool und ein Whirlpool. We chose RAMADA because the one we have in Oklahoma is great. This one is disappointing to say the LEAST. We’ve tried t have our room cleaned for 14 days now. We’ve put the hanger out and spoke to to the proper people about getting our sheets changed and room vacuumed. To no avail- the breakfast is the same processed eggs and sausage links every morning. No creativity in that. I work out every morning. They have 4 pieces of equipment. One being a BOWFLEX. They are all broken. So all you can do is pushups. But on a floor that has had the same trash on it for 14 days….I wouldn’t recommend it. This is a very poorly kept hotel. Rooms are outdated and dingy. The only thing it has going for it is a pool and hot tub. And if they are cleaned anything like the rooms and hotel. I wouldn’t recommend swimming in them either.

Kids running up and down the halls screaming. We have stayed there numerous times and were always happy. Definitely not this time. Will be looking for a new hotel when we visit Bismarck.

Wir würden es nicht empfehlen oder wieder dort übernachten. Mach besser Ramada! (Original) Had I know that there wouldn’t be any housekeeping due to Covid we would of picked a different hotel. This place was filthy and didn’t feel clean anywhere. I had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room to take our garbage and give us clean towels. The hallways were so gross and dirty. The pool had visible dirt and grim with very cold water. Our door keys also quit working and had to ask to get them reactivated. The outside door was unlocked at night and could get in without a key which makes us feel less than safe. The only plus was the free breakfast and our bed was comfortable. We would not recommend or stay there again. Do better Ramada!

  Although the staff seemed friendly, this is a dirty hotel and they gave us a dirty room. I thought we could escape the sticky coat of grime throughout the hotel when we got to our room, no such luck. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel with a dirty room: bottle caps on the floor, beard trimmings in the sink bowl, dirty mirror, the beds appeared to be made, but the sheets didn’t look washed - they looked slept in. We tried to see the best in it, but it was an overall disgusting experience. Even the key card readers didn’t work. This place is completely run down and neglected.

I cannot say enough about the event planning & implementation. We had planned to have the Ramada cater our daughter's wedding at a different, larger venue, but the celebration was canceled due to Covid. Our contact at the Ramada, Chelsey, went above and beyond to help us make the day special and to ease any concerns we had about a complete change in venue. The hotel is older, but the event rooms are nice, clean, and have everything you need to make your event perfect. The event staff was courteous, helpful and accommodating, and the food was amazing. Seriously, amazing. (I recommend the stuffed chicken breast with chardonnay cream sauce and the spinach artichoke dip!) As for the hotel, the staff was lovely and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, and the pool was awesome, too. :)

I was told it was policy that he couldn't come fix it because I was a woman. While I see the reason why this may be a policy, there should therfore be a woman available to help female guests. So, if I was a man he would have been able to come to my room??? I felt like I was being singled out for being a woman. If you stay in a hotel and something goes wrong it should be fixed, regardless of the sex of the customer.

I would not recommend this hotel for $100 a night. I'd rather spend an extra $20 and stay at a clean and well lit space. The walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors talking! We could also hear the reception music until the party was over (1:00am) - I ended up driving our 15month old around for 1/2 hour in order to get him to sleep. The hotel staff did not ever greet me, let alone smile - again the event staff was amazing.

The bar tender was amazing with making drinks and when we were nearing the end of the night he came up to us and told us how many drink tickets were left and what table he saw some unused tickets on so we could hand them out to the people still drinking. The security officer was really nice and stayed out of the way, but if you ever get to talk to him he is so sweet. I feel a little bad since one of our groomsman was a little out of hand, but he was super professional and helped him back to his room.

Sie haben große Bereiche für solche Veranstaltungen. Alles in allem ein toller Ort zum Übernachten. The breakfast was the average waffles, eggs, and sausage, as well as the other cold cerials, fruits and what not. (always i fill up on these items ) the room was decent size I have a double bed room. I like that there is a separate counter area with a mirror outside of the bathroom so I can get my makeup on :). Also it appears they are an events center too, last evening they had what looked like a princess ball. Tons of little girls in ball room dresses filled the lobby as I was checking in. They have large areas for events like that. over all great place to stay reasonable value. (it's an older building, I appreciated it)

On the plus side, the rooms are well sized and the beds are clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and easy and I really appreciated having a room on the first floor as I was traveling with my dogs. The pet fee was more than reasonable, and the room rate was very inexpensive, which made it an easy choice for passing through the area. I appreciated the room service option despite the limited menu options. The location is ideal for finding alternate food options (I would recommend A&B Pizza, which delivers from just across the highway). The staff was friendly.
