We took my son to pool late evening- there was an unattended 8 year old boy who said he was there with his sister in a room while his mom was at work, the boy was sadly inappropriate- and admitted later that he snuck in- the pool area isn't secure- who knows. Also the TV didn't work upon arrival but the staff got it working, the room smelled like smoke but was nonsmoking. The morning desk gal was curious about our stay and explained they are short staffed hence the easy breakfast options, no cooked food. That's fine but they shouldn't advertise they have a great morning breakfast.

  Lobby smelled. Our door to our room was damaged and fixed half hazardly so the key didn't always work. Biggest disappointment was the so called hot breakfast. Not hot they had toast coffee, milk and cereal. The picture on the website showed a waffle maker and other hot food options. none of it was available that is the only reason we booked this place. Also the laundry was broken so unavailable.

  Positive: the pool and hottub were very nice and well kept. Would probably book again just for that. the staff was also extremely friendly on check in and check out. Negative: walking down the halls a lot of the rooms smelled really strongly like smoke and made the entire hallway smell like smoke. I was a little underwhelmed by the breakfast options however and would have liked more hot items.

Other breakfast options included choice of four cold cereals, bag of 2 mini muffins, yogurt. Recommend you go out for breakfast! As a Wyndham member I will not recommend staying here.

  This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was gross enough at first glance (holes in the carpet and ceiling, dirty shower/shower curtain, only one working outlet) but I later found a pile of nose hair trimmings on the counter and the bar of soap next to the sink. I was obviously horrified but the night audit guy wasn’t concerned at all and didn’t offer me any cleaning supplies when I asked for some. The next morning, the front desk agent discounted my room to $50 per night but I don’t really feel that is enough for such a disgusting issue. I’ll be going back to the holiday inn next time.

  Positive: It's super easy to get to from I-94 plenty of restaurants with in close proximity the rooms I've had were satisfactory beds comfortable they were pet friendly rooms. All staff was very friendly. Negative: Sadly even though it's wonderful they are pet friendly the hallway smelled strongly of pet urine and the room had an off scent also.

The folks working when we visited were unhelpful, and seemed to resent us being there. So if you need a cheaper place to overnight not a bad option if extended stay you may want to look somewhere else.

They also have an elliptical, bike, and treadmill for exercising, which I did use and all work well. 4 stars because there should be sanitizing spray and paper towels to wipe down the machines before/after use. Otherwise no real complaints.
