  Can't say enough good. Clean, easy to locate, everything was up and running. Whirlpool and water slides. If your traveling to Bismarck you need to stay here especially if you have kids. Places to eat are all near by.

  Positive: The gentleman that checked me in was one of the nicest persons I've had check me in. He was knowledgeable on his facility and direction on making my luggage unloading easy. Room was very nice; breakfast was delicious. One of my best stays in a hotel room. Negative: Everything was great! A garage or covered parking would be nice for winter weather, but I know very unrealistic!

  Them room was supposed to sleep 4 adults when booked. The couch was only a twin the other person had to sleep on the floor. The room was outdated the furnishing worn out and over all a little dirty. The room also smelled like old tobacco smoke. When we arrived the front desk computer was down and they could not check us in then finally when they could we went up to our room and the key didn't work. It took 3 tries and maintenance to relock the door to finally get in our room. We way over paid for a single room with a twin fold out couch. The waterpark area was enjoyed by the kids age 9 and 10.

  Great place and great rate. The room was pet friendly which should be a must. Pet owners are generally conscientious and if not they should be held accountable. The Comfort Inn in Bismarck has always been our go to place as it is so nice and rooms are great.

  We had a bad experience with our suite. We reserved the presidential suite and the bathroom smelled like urine. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and there were no Kleenex or toilet paper. Housekeeping came in 3 times. Twice while we were in the room, groups of 3 housekeepers came in, once to wash the floor and when it still stunk, another group to clean the wall. Both times, the women that came in said it was disgusting, and apologized. We called the third time that evening after being gone fir a few hours abs were told to check back the next day. I did that in our way out the door the next afternoon and was greeted with an eye roll and it would be taken care of. It wasn’t. You shouldn’t charge that much for a disgusting room.

  comfort suites has been my family’s go-to because of the fun water park. this time was a little frustrating because the room was not ready upon check-in (I got a room for my 21st birthday) and housekeeping came by and asked when I was leaving in the morning an hour before check out. it’s not the hugest deal ever but it was just stressful to feel like I was rushed to leave. plus it is getting just a bit out of date and not quite worth the cost. friendly people overall and again, fun water park.

  Clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows, nice size bathroom. Breakfast had lots of food choices. Just mediocre warm but microwave to reheat the food. Pool is awesome because it has waterslide. Nice sized hot tub that works. Way to overbooked for my preference. No parking available if you come in later. Multiple birthday parties going on makes for a chaotic overwhelming stay. Not impressed with that part at all! Housekeeping did a phenomenal job though. I had a clean room when I arrived and every day I was there. That is my top rated part of my review.

  From the minute we walked into the lobby till the time we left, everybody was so friendly, kind, and truly cared about your needs and how your stay was. The lady organizing the breakfast in the morning was so friendly,Always told us good morning, and told us to have a good day. The breakfast was excellent, a lot to choose from. Seem to be fresh and well prepared. The hotel staff to clean their rooms did a very good job every day, and even left us a note to have a good day.The bathrooms were perfectly cleaned every day, they made her bed nicely, and we could tell they had cleaned up a little more, just for accountability. The rates were very reasonable, and it’s very close to everything in Kalispell. Walking distance from a lot of nice little restaurants. We would stay here 10/10 times!!

  This hotel has 3 warm pools with super fun waterslides. The staff is wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is your typical continental fair but liked that there were hot options that changed from day to day. The cons are that the hotel is a bit dated. It could use a renovation. The pool, while fun, could also use some cleaning/sprucing up. Also, the pool towels (if you are lucky enough to find any) are small and feel like sandpaper.

  We always choose this hotel for family fun. The pools aren't ever too crowded and the staff always treats us like we're royalty. Very nice staff!! The last visit we had a bit of an issue with a new staff member, but the rest of the staff and the manager, Josh, took care of us to where we felt satisfied with the error. We always choose this hotel for our swimming needs and will continue to do so. Shout out to Lenni and Brianna as well. Thank you all for taking good care of us!

  Terrible room wasn't clean there were clothes in the closet long hair in the bedding and soda pop all over the walls. The room wasn't cleaned or touched. I was also promised points for this and have no points that would be used for other hotels. The staff were nice but I was signed up for choice hotels to receive free points for our room and nothing. Not happy

  Clean, convenient place to stay. Love their beds and pillows. That is the primary reason we stay at a hotel right? However the drapes dont pull closed so the glare from the streetlight made it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

  The room seemed to be clean, which was good. It’s always hard for us to find a room that comfortably accommodates a family of 6 and I was anticipating the sofa bed to be a double. My bad for not reading that it was a single. It was very tight in a double queen suite. Not much room, seems like the beds are just crammed in there. Customer service at front desk was great. Kids loved the slides. Just wished there was a deeper pool.

  Our room was very clean and comfortable. We traveled with our (2) great grandkids. They thought we were real hero's when they discovered the water park at the hotel. There are (2) large water slides and areas for younger kids. The hotel is great and the water park is unique. I will definitely stay here again.

  We stayed 2 nights. One of the 2 front desk staff was very unprofessional, eating and burping while checking me in. No one was every at the front desk. One family waited 2 hours to get a room that they reserved ahead of time. People were constantly trying to purchase food items with no one at the front desk. Housekeeping carts sat in the hallway all day. The pool area was kept pretty clean, considering. The room was fine. I'd day the staff or lack there of was the main concern this trip.

  I paid the extra money for the Comfort Suites to use the water slides. The overall value of the stay was good, but if it weren't for the entertainment of the pool area, I wouldn't choose this hotel. The room could use some deep cleaning and wasn't anything special. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

  We really enjoyed out stay at the Comfort Suites. Even though they were booked up, the place was very quiet. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard continental fare, but the food was hot and fresh. There was a young lady in the breakfast room refilling and cleaning up constantly while we were eating. Nice to see a clean room when you go to eat. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

  This is a well maintained property that has a wonderful and helpful staff. The wifi was terrible during our stay, but we didn't discuss it with the staff as we were in and out quite a bit. The kids enjoyed the pool area, but make sure to grab pool towels before getting wet. The hotel was busy, but the staff was attentive and for being full the hotel was still quiet. Breakfast area was clean and was well stocked with choices to please our family.

  Overall the staffs were friendly. The hotel had two pools with slides which was the best part for our kids. The rooms could use some updating such as the beds and beddings. The mattresses were pretty hard and the sofa bed spring was broken along with the mattress itself was really worn out and dirty.

They have had MANY complaints about the tile floor in the pool area. Their fix was to put up WET FLOOR signs. I'm honestly afraid for our children when we are there... Afraid they will fall and get a head injury because of this known issue. Hopefully something will be done soon.

  Hotel is easy to find. I arrived at 10:30 pm and the parking lot was full. It is in very close proximity of other hotels so I think many overflow into the next. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Smaller TVs in room, but I'm not much of a TV watcher so didn't bother me. Older heating unit but surprisingly it kept a consistent temperature in the room so was happy! Breakfast was standard Choice breakfast with a couple hot items, pastries, toast, etc. Would stay here again!

  Nice large quiet and clean rooms. Pool area awesome according to our kids they didn't use the kiddy pool area but it looked good for smaller kids. Breakfast had a nice selection of items and staff were helpful in looking for ingredients on items for my daughter who has many allergies. Unfortunately there was almost nothing she could eat (not the hotels fault). Great hotel for the price.

  We had such a wonderful experience at this Hotel. The shuttle driver , Nick , was awesome... as was everyone else we encountered. Most places will only shuttle to the airport... which makes this Hotel special... as they shuttle to most anywhere in the area. The clean crispness of the sheets and the softness of the towels assured us we were at a Comfort suites. The beds were so comfortable and the room so well appointed. Stay here if you ever get a chance. we did and it was a great nights sleep !

  Comfort Inn and Suites Bismarck, ND Checked into our room, found feces in the toilet. Hair on the restroom floor. Spills and sticky spots throughout room. I made a complaint but nothing was done. I asked for cleaning supplies for the restroom and cleaned it myself. Supposedly, it was the only room left.

  We stayed four nights at the Comfort Suites with about 50 family members. The kids had a blast in the pool with both water slides! The rooms were large, clean, and remodeled ( upgraded bathrooms, flat screen tvs, etc. ). Each room also had a fridge and microwave and also, there were laundry facilities at the adjoining hotel that we were able to use at no charge. What we all truly appreciated was that the breakfast room remained open all day and late into the night. We were able to use the room to meet in small groups with our own drinks and play cards. We also rented one of the banquet rooms one evening which worked very well for the large family we had. Breakfast was great with plenty of food choices available. The staff was so nice and very accommodating. This is where we will stay when we go back to Bismarck. Location is also great and close to everything.

  This Comfort Inn is off the main road and quiet. Our friends 10 yr. old spent lots of time in the fun pool area, with slides and other water amusements. The staff were exceptionally helpful for our meeting room set up and available throughout our time there. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with USB ports bedside. I've been in lots of hotels with waffle makers but never had blueberry waffles! I'll be back next time I'm in Bismarck!

  I would not recommend this hotel. It was not clean. Many items laying around, q-tips, trash from the weekend, food in the hallways. Pool had bandaids and hair in and outside the pool. The gentleman that checked me in seemed annoyed. The pleasant lady that checked me out was friendly. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. The only reason i picked this particular hotel was for the slides for my kids. My family and I will not be staying here again. The cost was way too high for what we received.

  Our stay at the Comfort Suites in Bismarck was pleasurable. We've had a few unsatisfactory stays elsewhere at a Quality Inn (not Bismarck) that had me questioning the whole Choice Hotel brand, but the Comfort Suites restored a bit of confidence. The hotel is pet friendly, which had me a little nervous, but the desk staff made sure we were away from any pet rooms, which was thoughtful, and they were quick to accommodate us with an extra blanket when asked, which was also appreciated. Overall, a positive experience. My son also really liked the higher quality donuts that were available at breakfast than you typically get at other places.

  My daughter and granddaughter were visiting and we wanted to get out of Minot for a couple of days and go to the Raging Rivers. We chose to stay at your hotel because of the water slides and pool. We were not disappointed. We had a great time. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the service was excellent. We definitely will stay again.

  So many unexpected bonuses! The hotel has super easy access from the highway. Any business you need from grocery to drugstores to restaurants and even a small mall are nearby as well as the Capital and ND Heritage center, which is excellent and a must see. There are 2 pools and two superslides which are a huge hit with the kids. The staff was super accommodating with any request I had (and I had many, because I was there for my daughter's wedding with lots of family staying in the hotel). Having breakfast provided is always an added value. We had a wonderful stay for a wonderful event.

  for what we paid for 2 nights stay, you would think that service and rooms would be great, but fell short of my expectations from previous stays which were great in the past, but this time around not so much, in the room the lamp shades were busted up and looked awful, walls and mirrors were not clean looking. breakfast was cold and there was never anything left and took them forever to refill the milk machine. the noise from other guest was annoying especially at 11pm-midnight. the pool area wasnt nice and clean, there was food on some of the tables and floors were dirty. Just was not what I expected at all!!

  I needed 4 rooms for 2 nights each. I booked online after calling the hotel and verifying that these rooms would qualify for rewards points. When everybody checked in, the reward number was on all four rooms. It disappeared off of all four rooms before check out. The hotel was nice, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable!

  Great stay! Very friendly staff, helpful-introduced me to Choice Privilege program. Breakfast was great, and I could watch my son swim in the water park while I ate. He loves the park--two huge slides, splash fountain, pool, and hot tub. Very clean and roomy. We will definitely stay again if we come back through Bismarck!

  I can always depend on you to have a great room that's clean and doesn't reek of foul odors. Your staff is just the absolute best. If I ask for something it was done and in a timely manner.   I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I've stayed at quite a few Comfort Suites, and I've never had such a terrible stay. When we first walked into the hotel to check in, there were two people working behind the desk. One was busy on the phone with a customer, the other was at a computer. She said the gentlemen on the phone would help us and then walked out of the office. We waited for about 10 minutes before we were finally helped. We got to our room, 121, on the first floor. The air conditioner had a terrible smell similar to urine. There was also a wet washcloth hanging from the curtain rod in the bathroom. Extremely disappointed with the room, we went back to the front counter to request a new room. The manager never apologized for the state of our first room and acted as though we were making the whole thing up. He then proceeded to give us room 116 directly across from the entrance to the pool/water slide. Without a doubt this was the loudest area of the hotel. All we wanted was a quiet night of rest before continuing our trip home at the end of our vacation. But with all the activity and noise outside of that room, it was not possible. I would not recommend this hotel if you're trying to get a quiet night's rest, especially on the weekend.

  We always choose this hotel to stay at when traveling. We have always had a good experience. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. We have 2 small kids and they just love the pool area and the water slide. I love the pool area because it is clean!! Good breakfast as well. You also get 2 complimentary drinks to have at the lounge area and this is an added bonus. We will continue to choose this hotel in the future!!

  The hotel itself is very nice. We stay at Comfort Inns when we can. The beds are usually soft, however not this time. We both woke up with back pain. Also, the room temperature was hot and the window air/ heat did not cool our room down at all overnight which added to a very uncomfortable stay.

  Was what was expected. Bed was soft, room was warm, got a shower a basic hotel breakfast in the morning. The front desk tried to put me in a twin queen room although I had reserved a king. Got that fixed. Didn't get asked about the 250 bonus points added to my account. Don't think it matter if you are a choice hotel member they skip their perks unless you stand up for them.

  Your hotel was most accommodating and compared to other hotels we've stayed at this year, your pool facilities were the best. Most pools have too much chemicals and it burns the eyes just to be in the room. Yours was perfect cleanliness and temperature! Thank you Comfort Suites for a blessed family experience. We'll be back!
